E3 使用指南:
1. 訓練
為了獲得最佳表現，我們建議在進行培訓和比賽時使用E3。在重要賽事或訓練之前，正確理解E3如何與您的身體相互作用、調整體內的能量和水分、以及對恢復計劃的影響是十分重要的。
在訓練前，訓練中和訓練後使用E3將有助增強身體的自然修復機制，從而減少恢復時間，使您能夠保持更嚴格的訓練時間表。
2. 賽事前
比賽前2天
在進行輕度運動計劃 (包括游泳或慢跑3-4公里) 之前，應喝700毫升E3，以激活肌肉以儲存碳水化合物。
比賽前1天
飲用700毫升E3，繼續進行上述輕度運動並注意飲食健康 (主要是碳水化合物為主的飲食)。
早點吃小份量的晚餐，之後再飲用700毫升E3。
比賽當日
首先在比賽當日，先吃酸奶或燕麥片等清淡的早餐。
為了獲得最佳效果，我們建議在活動開始前10-45分鐘喝700毫升E3。
注意在培訓期間，您需要先確定最適合您的方法。
3. 混合選項
單瓶（培訓和活動）
將60克E3與700毫升水混合，每小時飲用一次。
雙瓶（提升運動表現）
將120g的E3與700ml的水混合，每小時飲用一次。它可以代替凝膠，但必須在訓練過程中進行測試，以找到適合你的最佳燃料和水的比例。我們建議與純水瓶交替飲用。
雙瓶（長距離/耐力）
將120g的E3與700ml的水混合，並在2小時內與另一個700ml的水一起飲用。如果要最大程度減少飲水時間，建議使用。
